Pixel Blanco Website Revision Policy

1. Overview
At Pixel Blanco, we are committed to delivering high-quality websites tailored to our clients' needs. This Website Revision Policy outlines the process and guidelines for requesting and implementing revisions to ensure clarity, efficiency, and satisfaction.

2. Scope
This policy applies to all website design and development projects undertaken by Pixel Blanco, including new website builds, redesigns, and maintenance updates.

3. Revision Allowance

• Clients are entitled to three (3) rounds of revisions during the development phase.

• Additional revisions beyond the allocated rounds will incur extra charges based on the complexity and time required.

4. Types of Revisions
Revisions are categorized as follows:

• Minor Revisions (e.g., text changes, color adjustments, minor layout modifications) – included in the standard revision rounds.

• Major Revisions (e.g., restructuring layout, adding new functionalities, extensive design changes) – may require additional costs and extended project timelines.

5. Revision Process

1. Submission – Clients must submit revision requests in writing via email or project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).

2. Review & Assessment – The Pixel Blanco team will assess the revisions and provide feedback on feasibility, cost implications (if any), and expected turnaround time.

3. Implementation – Approved revisions will be implemented within the agreed-upon timeframe.

4. Client Approval – Clients will review and confirm the changes before proceeding to the next stage.

6. Post-Launch Revisions

• After the website is launched, clients are entitled to one (1) round of minor revisions within 14 days.

• Any additional changes after the 14-day period will be billed at standard maintenance rates.

7. Exclusions
The following are not covered under the standard revision process:

• Feature requests that were not part of the original project scope.

• Changes due to third-party software or hosting issues.

• Requests submitted after the final approval and launch, unless within the post-launch revision period.

8. Timeline & Turnaround

• Minor revisions will be completed within 2-3 business days.

• Major revisions will be completed within 5-7 business days or as per the project’s scope.

• Urgent revisions may be accommodated based on availability and will incur an expedited service fee.

9. Additional Costs

• Any revision request beyond the allocated rounds will be billed at an hourly rate or as per a custom quote.

• Extensive modifications or new feature additions will be treated as a new project scope and priced accordingly.

10. Client Responsibility
To ensure a smooth revision process, clients must:

• Provide clear, concise, and consolidated feedback within the specified timelines.

• Approve or request adjustments promptly to avoid project delays.

• Ensure content (text, images, videos) is finalized before submission to minimize excessive revisions.

11. Agreement & Compliance
By engaging Pixel Blanco’s services, clients agree to adhere to this Website Revision Policy. Any exceptions to this policy must be agreed upon in writing.
